Unleash the magic of fan veils in this exciting 6-week intermediate course! Dancers will learn and refine fan veil technique, build strength and control, and learn a dynamic choreography set to powerful Organic House Meets the Middle East. Through expressive movement, and performance-focused training, you'll develop confidence, artistry, and stage presence while bringing a stunning group piece to life. 💃 Whether you’re dancing for the joy of it, ready to integrate a gorgeous prop into your training, or both, this course welcomes you to move, grow, and glow alongside other passionate dancers. LEVEL: 🌟 Intermediate Best suited for dancers who: * Have at least 5+ months of intermediate bellydance training, or a very strong beginner foundation * Feel comfortable learning choreography and movement combinations with practice * Are ready to refine technique, musicality, and performance quality Beginners with fan veil experience are welcome. Fan Veil Experience is not required. 📅 DATES:

7:30 – 8:30 PM (EST) 💰 PRICING: $145 (Early Bird) → Includes 6 lessons + recordings for practice $165 (Regular) → Increases Aug 18th 📆 PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY - The Phoenix "She Remembered She Could Rise Again!" On December 1st, eligible students will receive an invitation to continue training with ilma & perform this choreography in our 5th Annual JBelly Showcase. Participation confirmation and performance fees will be due by December 8th. Estimated Performance Fees * Rehearsals: 4 rehearsals at $15 each ($60 total) - (Subject to change) Jan 13th, 27th, Feb 10th, 24th * Costume: We strive to keep costume costs under $60 * Fan Veil Prop: Provided by JBelly School of RAQ and returned after the show * Tentative Show Weekend: March 6th - 8th, 2027. (subject to change) To be eligible to perform, dancers must be enrolled in ilma's 6-Week Course and complete any missed lessons if registering after the course begins.
