Service Description

I am holding space for our community to gather, breathe, stretch, release, share, and to take a moment to appreciate and love on our MIND, SOUL AND BODY! Please have a yoga mat or something soft to move on. A pen a paper if you would like to take any notes. Candles lit and and yummy aromas burning if you wish. There will be standing and seated movements. We will gently flow without boundaries, stretch, and cultivate light together. I hope to see you there! ALL ARE WELCOME - judgement free space

Cancellation Policy

Any sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full rate. No-show sessions will not be refunded but a class recording can be requested!
